Clinical instruments used within Kivira

Kivira uses validated clinical instruments and questionnaires to support structured assessment and symptom monitoring. Not all instruments are used at any one time. Which scales are presented can depend on a patient’s earlier responses, clinical context, and configured workflows. These tools are intended to support care, not to replace a clinician’s judgment or provide a diagnosis by themselves.
